From July 19 to August 24,

you can hit the snooze button as many times as you want on Sunday morning without having to worry about getting to church on time…

just come Saturday night instead!

You will experience the same service that you would on Sunday morning… same atmosphere, same music, same children’s ministries, same teaching, plus good seating and plenty of parking!

We are approaching the Saturday night service as a 6-week experiment.  We don’t think we’re ready to do this on a permanent basis, but we want to run a few weeks, and learn everything we can about offering a second service long-term.

The purpose of the second service is two-fold:

to create more opportunities for people to attend a Celebration Service,

and to provide optimum seating (and parking) at optimum times.

FAQs

Won’t our attendance go down?

Sure, our attendance per service may go down for a while, but our total weekend attendance could grow!

Am I expected to come to both services?

Two services doesn’t mean you are expected to attend both services!!  In fact, we don’t want you to attend both services.  If you choose to serve  behind the scenes in one and attend another, that’s fine!

Who are we trying to attract to this service?

  > 20-somethings:  they don’t have to get out of bed on Sunday morning!

  > over-scheduled young families:  give them another option

  > the unchurched:  there’s something  untraditional and unthreatening
about the Saturday night time slot.
